Mini Waffles

We don't need a lot of reason to enjoy delicious food, and we don't need a load of ingredients to crate this yummy mini waffle!

Just only 6 ingredients that you can find it in your kitchen, and all you have to do is whisk then all together that's all.
I use soy milk in my recipe, so anyone who's allergic to dairy product can enjoy this little treat, but you can use other kind of milk (or other kinds of nut milk) to suit your taste. This waffle is best when you cook it until brown, it will crisp on outside. Drizzle your favourite syrup and serve it with fruit, and be happy with your healthy little waffles.
