Easy cooking: Salmon Teriyaki

I love food that come with sweetness (I think it make everything delicious, haha).
So Japanese Teriyaki sauce is delicious for me, ^^. If you love cooking Japanese food, I think you have all the ingredients for the sauce already. For maple syrup, you can use honey or glucose syrup, it adds thickness (and sweetness) to the sauce. You can use many kinds of meat with this sauce only remember that they will need at least 20 minutes to be marinaded.
Serve this delicious Salmon Teriyaki with a hot cooked rice is really recommended.

 Salmon Teriyaki
Serve 4

Marinade
1tbsp ........................... Finely chopped ginger
1tbsp ........................... Finely chopped garlic
3tbsp ........................... Soy sauce
2tbsp ........................... Maple syrup (or honey, or glucose syrup)
1tbsp ............................ Mirin
1tsp .............................. Olive oil
....................................... Freshly ground pepper and a pinch of salt

4 ................................... Salmon fillets (about 500g)
....................................... Oil for frying

Mix all the marinade ingredients together, then mix it with Salmon fillets. Cover with plastic warp and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes (or 2 hours if you have enough time).
Place the frying pan over medium heat, pour oil into the pan. When the pan hot, put the salmon, skin side down (reserving the Marinade). Cook for 2 minutes , then pour the reserved marinade and cook until salmon fillets are opaque halfway up the side. Turn the salmon fillets over and cook for 3-4 minutes more. (if the sauce too thick add some water).
Remove the salmon fillets and place on a plate, spoon the sauce over the fillets before serving.
