Caramel Granulated sugar Apple crumble with Easy Vanilla sauce

I think any dessert with baked apple is delicious, haha, soft and sweet, my favorite kind of food.

But sometime only softness is not enough ^^, some crunchiness that contrasts to the softness of the baked apple can make it more delicious too. This time, with coarse texture of Caramel Granulated sugar (or torbinado sugar or Demerara sugar) the crumble is more crunchy. Caramel Granulated sugar (or torbinado sugar or Demerara sugar) is cane sugar that have been mixed with molass. The crystals tend to be large and have an off-white or light brown color.
I love to eat apple crumble with vanilla sauce, but it will be good if you can make it in less than 5 minutes and with only 1 bowl. Making vanilla sauce with microwave is very easy, and quick. You can decide how thick your sauce will be by adding more or less of milk after the base is cooked.
